Anyways, I could have sworn it said B15 on the block and I didn't know the B15 didn't exist, I guess I had serious brain fart when I first posted.

There is supposedly a B15 in the Honda City in the Asia market.

Dang you are correct, I retract my previous statement. I did some research on it, even some of the top Honda guru's haven't heard about it. Basically it's the B series engine that the L15 from the Honda Fit was modeled after, the power #'s are almost identical.

                      Here's what I found:

                      B15A
                      1.5L 16V SOHC non-VTEC PGM-FI
                      1493cc
'96-'99 Honda City LXi, EXi, EXi AT
                      Asia Market
                      100 hp @ 6500 rpm
                      98 lb-ft @ 4600 rpm

                      B15B
                      1.5L 16V SOHC non-VTEC PGM-FI
                      1493cc
                      '99-'02 Honda City
                      Asia Market
                      105 hp @ 6400 rpm
                      100 lb-ft @ 4600 rpm

                      B15C

                        AH HA!
I realized what I did, I got the D and B in my engine code mixed around, for whatever reason I don't know.
                        But any ways, AH HA!
I couldn't use the header in the long run anyways, no harm no foul.
AND, my little mistake led to everybody learning something new about Honda motors that they didn't know already, so everybody wins in the long run.
                        😄
