Some places give you a damn packet of paperwork just for your dog. "Parkwest Gardens" over in West Fargo will allow dogs. No garages, though. Kind of a dump. Good last resort, I guess..(was for me! lol)

Check Harmon Properties, my roommate does maintenance for them, I believe they have some apartments that allow dogs and I'm pretty positive they have some openings right now, don't quote me though.:) You'd have to call for more details.
