some places that dont allow pets will let you keep an animal if you have a doctors note sayin you have seperation issues with your pet.

Some places are getting super, super strict now. Some places give you a damn packet of paperwork just for your dog. "Parkwest Gardens" over in West Fargo will allow dogs. No garages, though. Kind of a dump. Good last resort, I guess..(was for me! lol)

the galleria on 42nd allows dogs when I lived there a year ago. their weight limit is suppose to be 35lbs but they allowed me to have my 55lb dog there. No garage but they do have underground parking and an elevator.

Check Harmon Properties, my roommate does maintenance for them, I believe they have some apartments that allow dogs and I'm pretty positive they have some openings right now, don't quote me though.:) You'd have to call for more details.

That's because people dont know how to take care of their animals and it costs the landlords money to replace the carpet, and it's too damn easy to go out and get a doctors notice to say your "depressed" or have problems so you can keep the damn thing... fuckin getting pathetic

trust me, corporate ladders suck to climb... I had to fight with Goldmark, because they tried to fuck us...

Its kinda hard not to rent from Goldmark, as they own half the fucking town. Its not super hard to deal with Goldmark. You call the general manager and tell them that you will go to Fargo Housing Authority if they dont speed up on helping you with your problem. That has worked for me so far. Know your rights as a renter, and let your landlord you know your rights and your not fucking around, and they will usually straighten up.

i had really good luck with gold mark. cleaned the snow pretty quick, kept shit clean and i got a full deposit back even tho i wrecked quite a bit of shit lol. i didnt mind them.

my current place is skaff and its alright. its 640 for a one bed tho
