300 to the tire
-
We hit the dyno yesterday with Brian's turbo 1000 and turned the wick up a bit. We ran into fueling/clutch limitations around the 15 psi mark.
The bike is a 2008 GSXR-1000. GT2860, non-intercooled, C12 fuel, AMS-1000 boost controller.
Stock, the bike made around 160 hp/82 tq.
I'll try to get the tuner to send me a graph against engine rpm instead of mph when I get a chance.

Holy shit that's a lot of power! What is done to the motor again?

That is pimp man!PUT AN IC ON IT!!
I wish it had room to do one easily. It will probably get "bottled" intercooling in the future.DaveH;315204 wrote:

Not bad for a pea-shooter?

so where was it sitting for power with the current E/Ts?
On the 7 psi (230hp) spring, he's been 8.72 on a VERY good weather day (1.41 60').At the last street legal, we had a poor tune, running 10 psi, and it went 8.86 (1.53 60')
The map has been completely redone now. He picked up 10hp just by retuning the 7psi spring tune. So, we'll see what happens.

Stock clutch?[/QUOTE]
"Stock-type" clutch......stock baskets and pressure plate......heavier springs......fibers/steels are made of slightly different materials than stock, for better wear.
What it needs is a centrifugal lock-up to hold the power.
