Theres bosnians living in just about every apartment building in fargo nowadays.....so good luck finding one without them, unless your willing to waste alot of money on a spendy apt.

IMHO, thats not a waste at all, sounds like a good option. I have no problems paying +700/month to not have undesireables around meromkey park in moorhead sounds like the place for you then

Goldmark is not understanding, but honestly, they get shit taken care of right away. Just get a professional cleaning company clean your place and you'll get your deposit back. They aren't impossible to deal with, you just have to be damn near perfect. It sucks living there after you put your notice in tho, they will call you once, knock once, and walk in. Not real convenient when you're fucking.

I've been with Property Resources Group for over 3 years now and no problems.
I was in Amber Valley over by Pracs and my only gripe with that area was getting in and out of the area in the winter. I think those were cheaper than Central Park when I was looking.
I moved down to Osgood (also managed by PRG) to get a 2 stall with a 1 bedroom. Apartment is a little rougher than AV but otherwise no real complaints.PRG was always the cheapest of the newer apartments when I looked.

I'm in the same area Dubbsy used to live in and I'm really liking it so far. Managed by JM rentals, rents a little high so I haven't seen any jawas yet but there is always one or two. They have two properties just south of the softball diamonds in between 42nd and 45th, one is Stoney Brook I think and I'm in Woodstone. The only thing I pay for is electricity, and cable if I wanted it, internet is free, and there is a washer and dryer in every unit and everyone gets a big 2 stall garage.

heard nothing but good things about Prarie Property Management. I can attest that the majority of Goldmark apartments I have lived in were managed very poorly.
