So the guy that I bought this stuff from had a Garrett gt2860rs with the wastegate flap welded shut.. which I assume looks like this:
Mine seems to be missing a bolt hole... what am I missing here? Will it be ok with only 4 (clearance issues maybe?) or will it leak?

The carbon tracks looks like it had been leaking for the previous owner, I had that same bolt back out on me on my car and leaked enough to tell right away. Should be enough clearance to drill that hole and use an allen headed bolt. I don't know how much room you are working with to get at it though.
