        got alot done

first thing i did was build a drain box for the turbo, everybody likes a happy drainage, haha

        legacy image

        legacy image

here we have the intercooler setup done

        legacy image

        legacy image

turbo is all done and mounted, charge piping all done, intake done, exhaust is only thing left

on the charge piping i used hump hoses since the charge pipes are short and i use rubber engine mounts

i would usually weld the elbow on the turbo but i can pull the bearing housing and compressor out of the turbine housing if i would do that without dropping the IC

not a biggie i guess, just an extra coupler, haha

Your stuff is so badass! I wish I had a quarter or the skills and dedication that you have lol never seen a drain box before, any worries with it filling up faster then it drains them backing up into the turbo?

            thanks man

na the box will help drain capacity, give it more degassing area

and was worried about having a new converter, functioning transmission and how it would get up on the brake with this 111mm turbine

well it makes boost so it is a good deal

NA it stalls at 3200rpm, but i can get it up on the brake

            I let out at 10psi

car feels like it is on a whole different level when this comes up

I bet it does, that's an awful lot of turbo in there.

thanks man, dont know if it will ever happen if i dont get started farming soon, haha

I should never feel the need to upgrade the exhaust anymore lol

With the charge piping gone I have an incredible amount of room on the passenger side

It is 5" from turbo to fender. All 11ga aluminum. It will be stock quiet still when wanted because the full exhaust will still be there

I don't have the cutout yet. I wanted a sound performance pneumatic one bit they only have 4". Race ready is the only 5" electric cutout around from what I see

finished up the rest of the exhaust, it is weird to hear the thing quiet. goes from stupid crazy to stock vehicle

with the big ass thing open it is amazing how much still passes through the full exhaust, that surprised me

                      legacy image

also did something a little different as opposed to before, it pointed slightly down before and on a dirty road or gravel the exhaust blow dust up and piss me off

so it is pointed up now

                      legacy image

all i got left is working on the front end and plumbing the IC
