Thats not what i mean, i meant you feel stupid when you go over the light and have no idea what your doing. the stage lights are great since both rider start at the same spot. but when its your first time and you have no idea what they mean, youll tend to just line up for the hell of it.

My first time, I just waited for the other guy to go....I figured if my reaction didn't affect e/t, why bother trying to get a quick jump? -

yeah... what can i say, i'm guilty! before going to the track all I did was street race so...

And yes, its true.
My car is broken, so I won't be there tomorrow.
A gasket between my turbo and manifold blew out on a highway run last night; then three of the four bolts decided to break off in the exhaust housing, and I guess they can't be drilled out...
SO i will be on the sidelines once again in my crx.

fuck now im scared to go to the strip. you guys'll probably have 8 cameras ready for when someone screws up their first time..Just take some time to watch the other racers and see what they're doing. Or, if nothing else find someone who's done it before and talk to them (hell last time I was out for street legal I spent 20 minutes talking to a guy who hadn't raced before answering all his questions, and I was more than happy to do it)

Is there anymore meets like this this summer? I would love to be there but I'll be putting my car back together(hopeing to be able to be out with it in fargo that night) I would really like to go see you guys race, since thats where I'm heading with my car.
