the white 2g infront of the garages..dont touch it or your done for.
btw, did you just happen to cluelessly leave your door un locked? we went over to look at your set up one day and Joel for some reason walked right up and opened the hood so maybe it was unlocked after you left it there.

if it's in the car it is against the law to have one in the chamber in ND, or have a loaded clip in the gun. if it is MN then it is against the law to not have it in a locked case. also these apply to in the day(where the gun can be in plane site) but at night it has to be in a case. in the case of a pistol you need a permit in the first place to carry one in MN, IN ND you can carry it in the open from one hour before sun up till one hour after sun down. Also without a permit the gun cannot be loaded. After that you need a concealed permit to carry at night. Also in both states in order to use deadly force you have to be threatened with deadly force. also by law use of such a device would never stand up in court.

I left SLS the only set of keys to it and they said they locked it after they brought it back. and Joel doesn't have keys for this car either. it was his that I parted into mine. like I said SLS had the only set. So I doubt a key was used.

that is common sence...but i've seen cases where a place(valley Imports) didnt have that posted...and they ended up paying for the stolen shit.

I've also talked to a few more legally knowledged people and they concurr with me that if something like this were taken to court the shop would lose.Under ND state law, the only time it is the business owners responsibility is if you are paying specifically for them to store your car for you. If you are not paying for this service then it is not their responsibility. Period. I'm not trying to sound like a dick here, I know it sucks bad when shit like that happens and I do feel for ya, however the law is the law (you can look it up in the ND Century Code...I forget which volume its in, used to know) and under the current circumstances SLS is not responsible for vehicle theft/vandalism for any car that is left unattended in their parking lot unless said vehicle is paying rent for storage space in said lot as then the business owner would be in fact providing that service to you.
