i had bought and injen intake for my 97 eclipse gsx and it didnt come with the opening to vent my blow off valve... i didnt think anything of it so i ordered a BOV the vents to the atmosphere. after ordering the BOV on monday i did a little reasearch online about my car and bovs and it said that its not recomended to do that.. i installed them today and when my rpms are at a high level and i press in the clutch the rpms will drop almost all the way to zero and sometimes even stall... does anyone with knowledge of dsms know of anything that i can do that wont cost my an arm and a leg to do?

Some dsm's will run fine venting and others wont (obviously yours doesnt). Like it was said above if you really want to vent, get a gm maf setup or standalone. Without either of them venting is going to hurt your performance more than help it at all....

At first I did it for fun, then I realized I made the investment and had to do it!
