Got the S200 turbo in today which we will be testing this weekend. Supposed to support up to 550hp so we'll push it as close as we can do that if not above just to see where it stops :-).

Both DSM and Honda we're testing on for now.

Once we get kits going we'll be testing on D and B series Honda, bolt on and T3/T4 for DSM, and then some Supra stuff as well for starters.

Just finished testing the S200 in T3/T4 form. Very happy w/ the results. We did no tuning except for on the top end to prevent leaning out. Results below.

          22 psi: 466whp/307trq
          25 psi: 493whp/342 trq
          30 psi: 552whp/439 trq

I'll post the graphs as soon as i get them uploaded. The turbo maxed out @ 30 psi as you'll notice on the 30 psi graph. We tried 32 psi but it just didn't want anymore. Made 559 on 32 psi. Pretty impressive from a little 55lb/min turbo.

Lookin like we'll be ordering some injectors and more fuel pump cuz there's a S300 on the way and we're gonna try max that bitch out too!! SO we'll be lookin for the 650-700whp range.

Ok...Im dumb with turbo's, I will admit it. So is it bad to push a turbo to its limits like that and how do you know when its at its max??

No, no harm done. Once we get the 30 psi graphs up you'll notice the airflow was maxed out based off the powerband. On the 550+ pulls power peaked @ 7000 and just held flat to 8500. Going from 30-32 psi only netted 7whp which should have been an easy 20+. This turbo is only rated @ a max of 550hp. So we met and exceeded that @ a very low boost level being these things are effiecient into the 40-50psi range.

That wouldn't even be a question in my mind.

Yea...This boost thing is winning me over right now...I would be satisfied with 250whp for a daily driven civic...I know its not a lot but I dont want to build a motor big time to take the boost...I got the new Dsport mag and they have a EG with a y8 with stock internals making 260whp...I like that idea but I would upgrade internals a little.
