yea I'm from Fergus.....Back when I lived there, I went to Tires Plus for all my oil changes/alignments etc. I was always pleased with them. Good customer service especially; there was one guy who always remembered me, and was real friendly.

Did you go back and explain it to them that they didn't clean the wheel out before balancing?never had time. I was fighting for time to even get them installed in the first place. not to mention I was already frustrated that the 'hour-hour and a half' install turned into atleast 3 hours.

I use to work at Jiffy lube next door, So I would see them do the occasional "Tire test" or "spin" around the block. If you go in the back ally, you can see plenty of tire marks back there, and they aren't all from employee cars either.
That was a while ago however, but I do remember your yellow Evo being there once.
Oh yeah, don't take your car to the Jiffy lube. Ever.

I can honestly say that NEVER would have happened to you here. But that's how it goes.

What did they end up doing for the brakes, and what did they charge for it all?
