So we are in the middle of deciding to dike or not. This is the highest the river has been in June since we moved in.

Red line indicates normal river bank location.

The only cool thing about flooding is it bring the wildlife closer. Got a sweet show this morning...

No offense to anyone, but it's Fargo, it floods all the time, why do people keep buying houses near the river. Umm...of course it's gonna flood...but then again i'm from a place where we actually have hills and trees and never have to worry bout flooding and all this wind.
