Painting an engine bay

i am more along the lines of an ppg epoxy primer so as i can drop/throw a wrench at my engine bay and all it does is smile back......
So does it make me or you more of a ricer if i have a painted engine bay and 4 mufflers = quiet............or you with a fart can and not painted engine bay????

and im sorry aps has all their exhuast with a 4inch tip.
