it could work on whatever. probably a bit bit for a b16 though unless you're HEAVILY modified.

High compression plus sleeves and a lot of headwork MIGHT be able to make that turbo work in a pure drag car...

        no race car? becuz homeowner...

Lol...good luck trying to spool it...maybe at like rev bounce u'd hit a little boost. I'd try something much smaller unless u have one hell of a built motor.

it's not that big. remember it is has a divieded turbine housing so it will act like it is a smaller non-divided housing. a b16 will strugle to spool it. but a lsvtec with internals could prolly get away with useing it.

i would pick this up if it was t3.... to bad it's t4 and divided.... faber give me a call i'm in need of a turbo.

You can put a t3 turbine and housing on the shaft and use it like that. And as for the divided housing stuff, it's still a 1.11a/r t4, that's huge and would not be practical for street use, unless maybe you had a large v8. But it looks nice!

just swapping stuff around on turbos is not that smart. it can be done but nobody in this area has the balancing stuff for the turbos....... that as far as i am going on that subject.

                matt, what do you need?

                PM me for:
                Sandblasting(I use glass beads)
                Diesel repairs or performance products.

                    word.

just slapping differant stuff together is not the best idea. yes it may work, but probably well not be anywhere near as efficient as what was there. and why buy a $1000 turbo to take apart and spend who knows how much for parts and for balancing, as most places wont even touch a turbo that they dont know anything about, there are specail specs everything needs to be put to.

and $1000 will get you alot of turbo, if this is nott what you want.
