Ahh....not necessarily true there CMK...in ND to test the blood, they actually introduce a small amount of alcohol to the blood during the testing procedure, thereby making it a less reliable test. How so? They make you take a shot and sit for 15 minutes before you have a blood test or what?

glad you got nabbed, one less V8 sucking up the gas and making it more expensive

thats kind of strange. do they compensate the test for the alcohol they added or something? seems like they should do something of the sort if they are knowingly adding it

Personally, I would trust the results of a blood test before I would trust a breathalyzer.

I should note that the test process in MN and SD do not use this protocol (from what I have heard) so in those states I'd suggest you consult your attorney prior to ANY test.

I'm just gonna go in and take my medicine thursday. I'll probibly call the prosecutor and see if I can bluff my way to a reduction. Its worth a shot. My car will be off the street for 4 weeks tops so i will just have to be extra cautious when I go to work and not get pulled over, unless someone has a scooter they are willing to borrow me. lol

I almost forgot...getting caught driving without a liscense will cost you about $300 in fines, an extended period of revocation, and GUARANTEED jail time. It's definately not worth it.And it's FUCKING ANNOYING when you're in court and there are 40 people in front of you being charged with "driving under suspension/without a license"

Fuck yeah it is. I ran a red by accident, bitch wrote me a $120 ticket for that and a $300 ticket for D.U.S. I was pissed cuz my re-instatement fee was mailed out earlier that day. Court was a bitch, sat in the court room for 3 hours before they finally got to me.

If you want to really be anal it's stupid to drive after any but more than 2 and you probably shouldn't be driving anyways.
