If you want to really be anal it's stupid to drive after any but more than 2 and you probably shouldn't be driving anyways.

I couldn't get down to 15mpg on the coldest day of winter, haha.
Doing the math though thats a 50% jump in efficiency, um V8 efficiency lol, it used to get 10. -

Who has not gotten a DUI? At least you don't new car with payments. I always like the people that say " I have never drank alcohol and drove" BSI've never gotten a DUI.
I've never driven after drinking alcohol.
I've been extremely blessed in life, generally speaking. But I've also managed to avoid some of the really stupid behaviors that some people get caught up in.
I hope you're not trying to rationalize DUI by saying "everyone does it sometime". Maybe every irresponsible person does it sometime. That's not everbody, however.
Too many people get killed from drunk driving to even consider fucking around with it. All those times hanging out at shitty bars drinking lame beers will hardly seem worth it after you kill somebody.
I bet every dumbass that manages to kill someone while drunk thinks "not me.. I'm always drinking so i'm a pro at driving" or "I'll go real slow" or "there's hardly anyone out tonight", or any one of a thousand other bullshit rationalizations.
The point is -- don't drink and drive.
We live in the part of the country that has the highest number of young people dying due to drunk driving accidents.
Fix your attitudes and fucking take some responsibility, people.

There a plenty of people out there who know the penalties of drinking and driving. I for one have never gotten behind the wheel after havind a drink. Its not worth it to me. Please make sure your brain is in gear before you engage your mouth.......or your typing finger.

I was not a danger to anyone, I was nowhere near intoxicated enough to cause any problems. If you want to parallel this experience to someone dying or killing someone else because of drunk driving. Thats like saying that someone who commits manslaughter is the same as someone who commits murder one. The law doesn't leave any gray area, as well it shouldn't, but I damn sure wasn't any more likely to kill myself, or anyone else that night, than I would be any other time I get behind the wheel. If that was the case I would have never driven. So take your holier than thou attitude and shove it up your ass.

That sort of set me off because I can't stand the fact that so many people are so nonchalant about it. Obviously more people think they can drive drunk than really can, and there's definitely a problem with peoples attitudes about it.
I can't (and didn't) say wether or not you were posing a risk to anyone on the evening you were pulled over.
That said, I thought it was... interesting... that from the get go you planned on continuing to ignore the law and will be driving with a suspended license... hoping not to get caught.
You know what kind of people get a DUI and drive on an suspended license? Paris Hilton. Is that the kind of brain surgeon you want to emulate? You really can't manage yourself and your run-ins with the law any better than she can?

"blah blah blah i wasn't THAT drunk blah blah blah i squawked my tires." Grow up, and don't bitch about your fines. Its pretty safe to say that about 99% of the people on fargostreet could care less that you got caught, and if anything were glad.
