In imports the clutch packs wear out faster than normal and the material in the fluid will clog some passeges in the valve body and will cause it to slip at higher rpm's.

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car
Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall
Torque is how far you take the wall with you

ya, if it just slips still after tranny service. tranny is more then likely toast. I sort of noticed something up with the tranny when i drove your car, just didnt know for sure.

        PM me for:
        Sandblasting(I use glass beads)
        Diesel repairs or performance products.

If the varnish in your transmission is the only reason it was still working you are gonna need a tranny anyways a quick flush and fill wont kill you.

I had my tranny serviced COMPLETELY and it was in perfect cond. but I am planning on a 5 - speed swap here soon....along with a LOT of other projects, in example, turbo.

If the flush didnt fix it completely you could always throw in some lucas trans fix, to help it work for a little longer, lol. Not a cure all but might get a little more life outa it...

I am hoping it will get me through the winter and into summer....then I will start to work on it and do some serious surgery.
