do you think that one of your boost leaks is coming from the boost controller?

Yeah I did make some thing to check for boost leaks and the boost controller was one of them, then I had one between the turbo and j pipe, then I had one on the intake manifold. I fixed them all, the boost controller still leaks a little but at 50 psi, so it shouldnt be an issue.

if it doesn't leak till 50psi then its not really an issue

intercooler pipes will blow off at high pressure like that too... but we don't boost that much so its not like it matters?

Yep tap it off the Intake manifold. Also you could tap it off the J-pipe.. Have you done a compression check on your new engine? just wondering what you get!

I made a tester quick and found all my boost leaks, but if you have a compression tester that would be helpful.
