hopefully i will have a set of rims i can keep on the car. i definatly need new tires, a new windsheild.....(mine broke), and a few other n/a goodies
-
faber what do you consider partial throttle? faber going from 0-100% throttle on and off is not part throttle.... hehe i'm kidding
i would say just switch to a bigger hot side to let the engine breath... but i would guess you thought of that.
-
yes. There is not bigger hotside for my turbo. The turbo was designed for the ka buy AMS. ill just sell it the way it is and go to a differant one.
and 18psi is getting boring..... well sort off. I would like to see what I can do on the strip with this turbo.
-
lol... well see i can't even run over like 20 psi on my turbo... that thing would be maxed out hardcore...
i got the biggest hot side they make .82.
-
If I have something I will be running next year.
-
well i knw for a fact that the f20c flows a hella lot more then a ka will. so with that said. i'm limited to the amount of boost based on the efficenty of the motor. plus on 14 lbs there making 450 whp. not to bad for a 2.0l and 11:1 cr.... stock motor

definetly want to turbo my car eventually, it's just not quick enough. In the next couple years I probably will but for now i'm more concerned with handling abilities for auto-x and road racing. Just wanna make sure it can take a beating around corners and what not first.
-
iluvracing - with your car i'd just do suspension and stuff now, then when u decide u want a turbo'd car buy the awd turbo version and swap the stuff over...be easier and probably cheaper than converting yours from na to turbo...and lot less work involved too, lol.
-
too much damn work man... just wanna make my fwd quicker!!! LOL! I'm not all about rwd cuz you have no traction in the winter to make ricer noises right!?! LOL
-
ya (bubba) I would really like an awd my bro's got a 2g awd and it's hella fun and i gotta a buddy with a 1g awd which is fun as well either way I NEED A DAMN TURBO!!!!!!! that's what it's all about....

ya. you will have worse traction problems with FWD turbo in the winter then rwd. cause you can control your trottle and steering with differan axles aka winter drifting!Ya I hear ya. I'm just used to fwd and winter drifting with my e-brake! lol For me it's easier to pull out of a past 90 degree slide. I have had my share of practice with my sweat sunfire. LOL it's a piece of shit but I make it hella fun in the winter
