OH man, LOVED that one post about the I6 Z31, made my day

I have a 248 page book on turbocharger design; i should lend it to you so you can learn a thing or two on the subject.

A single charger "IS" more effecient than twins.........

BTW..... Good luck on making a sequential set for your RB or VG considering mazda had a hard time controlling theirs OEM with actual R&D

Ill bet you dont even understand the difference between sequential, compound, and parallel systems.............

PS.... go for a ride in Faber's or Kevin's car and I assure you that it is anything but laggy..................

K I'm gonna clear this up for you. You're assuming I said you can make more power with a twin setup than a single. I never said that. I'm not like ooh I'm a bad ass I have two turbos. Simply said IT IS MY OPINION that a single setup on a v6 car that has a relatively simple and cheap twin setup is a waste of time. I would rather spend my time adding to my TT setup than doing a bunch of custom fab to put one turbo on. I never said I was goin to put a sequential on my VG did I? I don't need your little book on turbos. You don't know me and you have no idea what I know other than I've never cared to look under the hood of a Z31. I realy don't care about them or have any ambition to learn about them.

Wow, you really have no clue.

I won't elaborate on properly sized single turbos since others have already tried and have proven that your skull is impervious to reason.

The part that made me laugh was the comparison of a 300ZX to a 'Busa. Right.

I don't know what your trying to do here. Teach me something I already know or change my mind and get me to convert my car to single? I know a big single will give you lots of power woopy. I don't want one.

There are many factory applications of parallel twin turbos on V engines.

The I6 can be found making excellent power with NA, single turbo, sequential twin, and parallel twin turbo configurations, all from the factory.

There are reasons to prefer twin turbos to a large single, even in the face of the extra weight, complexity, and cost of a multi-turbine setup. The fact that so many cars come with twin turbos, inspite of the tremendous increase in cost (design, manufacturing, testing, service, etc) should give anyone plenty of evidence that there is merit to the twin-turbo approach.

Why is everyone crawling up GhettoFab's ass? Seriously, are you people even reading his posts or just arguing for the sake of arguing.

PS, there was a MINT '91 Z32 that sold out of Fargo a little over a year ago. Veilside body kit, Volks, fresh paint, HKS exhaust, Tein Flex w/edfc, HIDs, JL system. It was sooo sexy.
