From some of the stuff i've read other places, the best was the higher the exhaust velocity...meaning what gets the exhaust out of the end of the pipe quickest. Which can kinda explain least amount of bends possible, the least restriction possible, and the proper sizing, not too big or too small of piping...

on any turbo setup the least amount of post turbine pressure is ideal...............Drive pressure gets deep
but you want that as low as possible while still supporting the characeristcs you want of the sysem
