tell me your current mods done to the motor? a new intake manifold on a ls motor( ? motor in sig), say a skunk 2 has shown to gain very little top end, and lose alot in the "area under the curve".

if you have a relitivly stock motor which i think you do, the only good intake i have seen make power was a stock gsr mani custom fit to a ls head, and the butterfly's were acuated at a curtain rpm using his hondata s300.

dont buy an intake mani. they're only good for making noise. and thats about it. same goes for the whale dick.

my track times were accualy a second slower with my skunk2 intake mani compared to my stock b16 mani.

you would need more supporting mods to feel any noticable gains with an aftermarket im

Im with everyone else, it won't really do anything for you at all, and will cost a lot of money.

MOBOOST. seriously, DO NOT waste your money on an intake manifold. the money you spend will not warrant the 5 (maybe) hp you make. supporting mods would definatly be needed to see any diff

haha.. good one on the electric supercharger. tell you what.. i think i have a leaf blower lying around somewhere here. pretty sure it puts out more than 250 cfm, too..

found it, looks like it's 12 amps versus the 2.2 they claim.. blows air at up to 215mph, so just upgrade your alternator and we're in business. =D

aren't the b16 and b18c1 manifolds the same? that's why i asked about all the other items. if they aren't already done or on the radar for near future upgrading, the intake would be wasteful.

IIRC the b18c1 manifold has secondary runners with the butterfly valves and the b16 mani does not. the manifolds are very different
