Wrong. I never blamed it on just the girl or just the biker. I, myself, believe that they both had a part in the accident. If others don't agree with me. WONDERFUL. I really don't give a fuck. When I started this thread, it was never meant to change peoples minds or anything like that. I said what I thought and so did everyone else. If we all disagree. Awesome! Who cares. Mr. Montoya I'm sure would have been able to hear the bike and maybe double checked to make sure it was clear.
I'm not pointing the blame at the girl. I just think it's funny how you can put 100% of the blame on the biker.
