No Name? if i wanted a decent steak to feed my dog while I had a quality cut for myself, then No Name would fit the bill. Or as a cheap ass one to give to company, but i would not eat that shitty cut of meat. I only buy meat from quality butchers, and right off the cow

Having eaten at some steakhouses in the cities that are phenomenal I thought it sucked. My meal was $90 for just myself and I don't think I'd eat there again. Whatever they season their steaks with ruined it for me. A good steak should need nothing more than some salt & pepper at most.Holla. I like actually tasting my $15 angus ribeye steak(priced from a butcher not a restaurant). Disappointing to hear tho, I was hoping Fargo got something worth checking out for a higher priced plate.
No Name ftl.

I grew up on my father making a marinade (which is a secret by the way, lol )and preparing it a day ahead of time. It was an insult to him if you seasoned his steak, lol.
What did you get there? I had the 9 oz filet, I thought the cut and seasonings on that were great.

I did the 24 oz porterhouse and it was just meh. Portions were overcooked, others undercooked, and whatever seasoning they used killed it.

Well, I will know not to get that one. My 9 oz medium well was cooked evenly and the cut of the meat was great. I will still go there, but yeah if you don't like the seasoning you simply don't like it.Burnt steak is gross. Medium rare ftw
