Holla. I like actually tasting my $15 angus ribeye steak(priced from a butcher not a restaurant). Disappointing to hear tho, I was hoping Fargo got something worth checking out for a higher priced plate.

    No Name ftl.

At first I did it for fun, then I realized I made the investment and had to do it!

I can get half a cow for real cheap. When my uncle used to own a game farm, some cattle rancher came up, and liked it so much they offered us some real good deals on beef, so every year we buy half a cow of the good shit.

I can see how if you are a S&P only guy, you wouldn't like it.

I grew up on my father making a marinade (which is a secret by the way, lol )and preparing it a day ahead of time. It was an insult to him if you seasoned his steak, lol.

What did you get there? I had the 9 oz filet, I thought the cut and seasonings on that were great.

I did the 24 oz porterhouse and it was just meh. Portions were overcooked, others undercooked, and whatever seasoning they used killed it.

Well, I will know not to get that one. My 9 oz medium well was cooked evenly and the cut of the meat was great. I will still go there, but yeah if you don't like the seasoning you simply don't like it.
