$440,000 Amazement

Left work today, and heard a very crazy exhaust note pulling onto I29. To the delight of my ears and eyes, I ended up next to 1 of 604 Carrera GT's ever built on I29 and Main Ave:

For those that have never looked (I hadn't until tonight), the specs on this car are ridiculous:

• 5.7L V10
• 600hp
• 0-60 in 3.5 sec, 0-100 in 6.8 sec
• Carbon fiber reinforced Silicon Carbide (C/SiC) ceramic composite brake system, with 15 inch SGL Carbon disc brakes

Ok, I'm gonna go back to being poor somewhere else....

I got to see, hear and talk to the owner of one of these at one of the local car meets... he was bitching about how it lost resale value, but he also has an SLR and a bunch of other cars...

also....not as bad ass as what jason posted..but heres what i got to clean and drive today..compared to the porsche..this is semi-baller status... this was right when i started on it...so it looks dirty but it turned out amazing

also i saw 2 porsche 959's a few months ago. one silver(best color ever for them) and one white. the silver was at taco bell drive through. lol

That thing sounds amazing. Shane and I were outside tintmasters, porsche passed by and got on it some.....We were both waiting to see a bike and then saw that....Sounds nice.
