Mustang!!

Okay so I have decided to go with more performance know then looks and stereo for know. I decided to either go Magnaflow or Flowmaster Exhaust (dual catback).
Know the real thing to save for or take out a loan for. One of the three 1.Supercharger 2.Turbo 3.Twin Turbo Please give me your input on this. Also if there is anything else that I should be looking to do I have a V6 3.8L Automatic. I dont want to get an engine swap for a V8 so dont say that. Also what kind of Suspension???
Thanks Shane -
Alright- if you are stuck on the car and don't want to sell it to get a V8- that's okay. If you are serious about forced induction on this car, I would go procharger, hands down. The kits have an air-air I/C and all needed parts come in the kits. Vortech blowers are OK, but they can only replicate the power with their aftercooler (air-water) I/C- which adds like $1500 to the cost and they still don't make the same HP a Procharger does. A turbo kit would be cool, but I'm not sure one is READILY available- but very possible. Some have swapped a 3.8l out of a super coupe mo' as well, but I'm not really up on my V6 tech. I have 3 procharged mustangs in the shop right now and I am a dealer, so I may be a little biased. Just my $.02

i think you should put a supercharger cause they are ging to be the cheepist out of those. i would put in a manual tranny in it but tahts just my opinion.

Dont care about the price just want the best thing for it. As for making it a manual that would be nice but I dont have enough to do both, but maybe in the future

I guy I know who worked for SuperCustom Chips has a tt v6 stang...Our TT V6 runs 11.5 @ 121 MPH.
The Twin Turbo Project V6 is back in action, the new Turbo Kit made 399 RWHP and 434 RWTQ with 14psi on a stock bottom end, stock cam, stock head 3.8L.

supercharger
...tune it once, dont break anything, have fun. -
how would it for sure be the cheapest?
Generally speaking superchargers are considerabley more expensive then similar turbo kits...
Jim- in the mustang and other domestic worlds, it is usually by far cheaper to go S/C than it is to go with a comparable turbo kit. The import market seems to be the opposite. It looks like they made pretty good power with that kit- put the stock bottom won't last- and that's a fact. Definitely good #'s- track and dyno.

Here is a good auction on eBay for a Supercharger. It is new, and I have bought things from these guys with success in the past. It doesn't take that long to put on, and you can probably do everything yourself...
Here is the company that I ALMOST bought my TT setup for my 98 Cobra for. I am actually looking at upgrading my 03 to a turbo setup as it is just plain sick power. I don't know if they have any V6 stuff yet.
I would check out the Corral.net if you are serious about a turbo setup. there are guys on there making junkyard turbo kits.

what kind of car is this on? looking at anything close to 500 horses or more will definitly require built soemthing, if not everything.hell anything over 300HP requires major upgrading.....ya might want to consider different pistons at the very least if you want to go FI.
