Lol i had a little buzz goin and had a few things to say. I just think it's funny when these domestic guys truly think that they make a better product apple to apple. It might make more power.. But like i said anyone can bore big holes. I bet if honda made a 350ci+ motor too they would, a. Kick emission's ass b. Get killer mileage c. Make more power d. Weigh less.Theres a reason why almost all indy car motors are hondas, not some domestic crap
Bolded comment above could be a new ricer quote. :icon_monkey:

The honda ridgeline with 3.5l v6 can can tow almost 1000lbs more than the durango with a v8 and can gets close to 10mpg better. And those are real stats. I work in a dealership where i can compare hondas to domestics everyday and you wont come up with anything , trust me.

Prove you wrong? I could care less about a ridgeline and gas mileage. I was laughing at your ricer comment about apples to apples and that honda could make a bigger CI motor and make more power etc... Apples to apples would be car to car not displacement to displacement.
I care about whats quicker, so if someone wants to start with a car that has an engine 30% the size of mine go for it.
Hondas typically make lighter cars, with better gas mileage and usually a better hp/liter ratio, yes. So if you want any of those buy one. I choose speed and overall performance.

in the most round about way your saying a honda is slow and has no performance......
read what you just said.

Well I was agreeing with part of what Spanish said, and that I choose my car on things other than those. Such as speed, power, quickness etc...
Slow is relative, also honda includes a wide variety of vehicles. But for the most part, a car such as mine (stock) is faster than most (stock) hondas.
I never said hondas have no performance.
What i am saying overall is thats a ricer comment (spanishes) and why bother whining about dicplacement to use as a performance crutch.

No thanks I will keep my 250 v-10 that has never had a single issue since the day I bought it. Last oil change was longer ago than you have owned a truck.

I like the one commercial, where they brag about copying everyone else's advancements and sticking them into their vehicles.. and how they try to make people feel unamerican by buying "imports", when they are the one's that outsource everything and giving american jobs to people in other countries while most import companies build plants here and hire american workers...My favorites were the commercials a bit ago where one of them said that they were now as reliable as one of the foreign automakers. Good Ad campaign to let everyone know you finally caught up. Or the others where the only advertise how many miles per tank the car gets, and don't say anything about MPG.
This video was pretty funny tho, he could not look any more stereotypically hillbilly with his spelling and puncuation.
Remember everyone, we better support the american car makers, since we all own them now....
