Oh it probably makes 700hp but it sure as fuck doesn't on pump 91 with meth like he claims it does.

For one it is going to need a turbo that will support 700whp..... and that turbo is not going to be as streetable as a turbo that will support 400-500whp... especially on a honda

Really you beleave 700whp pump 91 w/meth? You should know better then that.
He said it made what 300 whp on 1 bar (14-15lbs ish). So this is running what 30+ lbs to get to "700whp". I'm to beleave a small bore, small displacment, small port, 9:1 comp D series is to make 20ish hp per psi above his 300whp/1bar statment.
Have you seen his short dyno pull at LOW boost?

Matt, no one believed he could go 10s with an N/A D15, or mid 9's at ~150 with an N/A F22, but he has done both. I would say that making ~350 hp on an N/A F22 would be just as hard as this projects goals, but he did that and it is proven with outside testing. Therefore, I am not saying he has/will make his goal, but Im also not willing to say it isn't possible. I agree that it is a very lofty and improbably goal, but he has done things many times that people said wasn't possible, so Im not ready to dismiss it either.
I haven't been watching this project too closely, but I did see that vid and I believe somewhere that bisi said he was running pretty low timing.

Do you have any comparisons of a honda motor going for big power with pump/meth? I never see anyone try this with hondas. People have said it wasn't possible for many of bisi's projects but so far he has proven them wrong so Im giving him the benefit of the doubt for right now, and saying he may possibly do it.
