tranny probs again
-
I have already talked to someone about this but more info is always better. For some reason when I have my clutch pedal to the floor while in gear and push on the gas, the car still moves. I have to rev match it to up shift. down shifting is out of the question. I just put the tranny in and it shifted smooth all day. The next day my tranny bolts started to thread themselves out again, so I tightened them back up and drove for a while. About ten minutes of driving I couldnt shift at all and the bolts were still tight. Help me

Sounds like the clutch isn't disengaging. stretching cable? or if hydraulic, maybe air in the system?

it coulda been, idk, nick's gonna check it out to see whats up with it...There is nothing wrong w/ your flywheel if it worked before. If the problem was the flywheel you would have had the problem since day 1. My guess for your car is a failing pressure plate or pedal assembly.

As for yours there's a bunch of little tricks to try, but they all involve removing the trans. Drop it off, i'll find the problem and fix it :-).

How much is it gonna cost? I have money but dont want to spend a shit load of money on something I can fix myself. I'm not car illiterate, I just dont have the patience to do it myself. Ill drop it off when I have cash cuz I plan on getting an LM1
