lol Are you being serious? Trust me, this is what I work with. They are all over the place. Obviously depending on your own situation. But most of the time, 80% of the time, they are at least 12%. Yes, there are fixed rates, but those are mostly promo rates. The mere fact that you said what your lowest and highest card numbers are tells me you don't see a lot...

Lowest I have ever seen; 0% (weird promo rate that never expired, but thats extremely rare) Prime + 1% was the lowest 'real' account.

Id say at least 80% of the accounts I see are 12%.
