Valley Alignment in Moorhead, or if you are really that desperate for the best, Jeff the alignment guy in the cities. I have had work done by both of them and have always been happy with the results.

        PM me for:
        Sandblasting(I use glass beads)
        Diesel repairs or performance products.

ok, thanks guys. I haven't been to valley alignment in moorhead in years, they used to be such a pain in the ass to deal. Every time I had them do something they would call me and tell me half the car was shot even after I replaced half of it.

I'll be honest, it's not much different than that. Except one time when they did the alignment on my Supra, once of my arms was unable to adjust anymore, but yet they let it off the rack. Tore up my rearend.

At first I did it for fun, then I realized I made the investment and had to do it!

kind of sad that some places have issues doing simple allignments. make adjustment look at screen. it's a pretty complicated process.

I stopped at gateway this morning, they said their alignment guy didn't have the experience to do my fiero. Trying to find someone who is confident to do a specialty car like mine isn't easy.

I would just give Valley a shot again...it won't be the cheapest but they probably know how to handle your suspension. Just ask a lot more questions when they are done.

I agree, I would stop in and talk with them about your concerns. The last time I had my alignment done there it was actually cheaper then most places in town. After i get some other stuff figured out on my 240 I will be taking it there for an alignment if I can get it onto their rack.

I dont know if tires plus would be a good option for you, but I think the one in moorhead has a flat drive up rack.

I talked to the manager at Firestone downtown one day when I had my Tahoe in for an alignment and they certainly sounded ready, willing, and capable to handle a modified vehicle (with custom specs if so desired).

Not sure, there guy had never worked on a car that old nor with that much adjustment. My car has camber, caster and toe adjustment on both front a rear so its a bit tricky to set up. Ryan at tires plus on 13th ave has done the car 3 times in the last 3 years but still can't get it right. I need someone who will go the distance to make it right, I don't mind paying a bit if the car is done right.

Are you looking for a straight factory spec alignment or what? I don't get how it's hard to align the 3 specs...I mean we did that in HS for christ's sake...

I don't get how it's hard to align the 3 specs...I mean we did that in HS for christ's sake...

But is it OEM style adjustment?

My concern with taking my Cobra in is finding someone that is going to work with the aftermarket caster/camber plates.

It can't be too difficult?? I mean how hard is it to adjust it a little bit, see what the computer says, and go from there...it just takes a little trial and error...

At first I did it for fun, then I realized I made the investment and had to do it!

shouldn't be 'difficult', but if it's not in the shop manual it may throw some of those guys for a loop.
The concern I have with the plates I have now is to use the full range of adjustment the plate has to come apart and be rebuilt in a different configuration.
