    I think it is just a dog box that has hydraulic (maybe pneumatic) actuators controlled by the paddles, because they can use the paddles, or shift by hand at the lever if they want.

              So don't have to push the clutch in to shift, but you can if you want to rev and downshift, are they sequential?

                that is the e-brake lever, not a shifter.

                          Yes, it is a sequential 6 speed box, and I know that is the e-brake they show in the video obviously, but they also have a manual shifter. If you ever watch WRC or have seen in the car, whenever they crash and need to back up, they grab the hand shifter to throw it in reverse and back into forwards, they then use the paddles once they are going normally cuz its quicker.
