It is true and I'm about 99.9% of the way completed. We have signed contracts and are in the process of collecting titles, deeds, etc and are planning to close on Nov 1st, will be pushed back on a need to basis if issues arise.

The plan for the track is to simply make it the best it can possibly be. Huge improvement in traction (and also consistence with that traction). Major increase in attendance, will have 2-3 times more cars but cars will be sent down the track quicker then currently. Also plan some grounds upgrades, things to help keep the track and staging lanes clean as well as much much more organized and efficient.

Ok cool, I didn't remember the whole story, thought I heard something of someone trying to build another track in the area at one point in time.

Lol, as Bill quoted me off Facebook. "There will be three possible outcomes for a car brought to my track. A) Massive wheelie, B) Excellent launch and clean run, or C) Tranny and/or rear end guts on my starting line".

3' of glue will be an improvement.

Do you have any plans for next season? like a sport compact/street legal bracket series (other than TM) or some diesel events type thing. Maybe if theres some extra land you could get a sled pull in there i know i'd go watch that for sure.
