300 is plausible with the mods I mentioned, although 400 is pushing it without some serious internals and fuel and spark bits, as well as an ecu that will work with all the upgrades. That said dude you'll go a lot farther on this forum by not calling out people you've have probably never met, listing some 750hp engine for an XL was it? If you mean a Galaxie XL... cool, which engine is he running? I'm not flaming you yet even if it seems that way some of the guys already have and you're too new to realize, but continue like this and it'll get ugly.

We will be completely rebuilding and replacing parts on the engine it wont be stock at all......My dad just told me it is a ford XL and ill show you pictures, my bad if im ticking some people off lol Tell me what you think. I just thought it would be cool to tell people what I did and think i should do to my pickup. I am not a serious motor head "i am the computer guy" lol I leave all that motor stuff up to my dad, I'll buy the parts and help him put them in and get it running when i got the money.

Yes I drive a Honda, my Fit that I bought new and haven't had a single problem with, and my 89 CRX that's my baby. I bought a "real car" from a company, that happened to Japanese, because they made the superior product at the price point I was looking at. Sorry I would by something American if there was a company that made a car as well as Honda does for the same price. BTW I also have a 95 GMC Sierra.

By real parts I didn't mean OEM replacement, I meant quality aftermarket upgrades. You can do whatever stupid shit you want to your truck, but I'm just telling you it will look ghey, and ruin the resale value.
