damn those are really expensive for a 4 door skyline...kind of a rip off id say!! he musta got em legalized before Motorex closed...unless Brett will chime in and fill us in on whats goin on with that whole situation 😉

At first I did it for fun, then I realized I made the investment and had to do it!

Couldn't you swap a RB25dett into a S14 and have all the body modifications for it to look like a skyline for much cheaper?

But then again it wouldn't be a skyline.

rb25det or rb26dett, the 25 only has one turbo. yes it can be done. my roommate is currently in the process of looking for a 240sx to do the rb25det into.

You guys are the biggest post whores / dumbasses ever.

This guy has a legit question and you go rambling off about cars you'll never afford or find. Take it to the chat room or AIM... Great impression to a new comer eh?

Ok in all honesty, I don't think that you should have a problem. ND has some of the most relaxed driving laws around, and the post office uses RHD cars, so I'd assume its street lega.

Jim i would agree with you. and if all else fails just call the DMV and ask them. 701.328.2581 is the number you could call and ask.

i drove that car when i worked at sears. Its from Langdon, ND. and he's owned it since it was new, it had 250,000 when i was in it.

As long as the SKyline is legal in ur state u shouldn't have any problems.

You will be just fine to bring your car down to the states. You're only visiting anyway. It would be a different story if you planned on moving here. But as a visitor, you should be just fine. If and when you call the DMV, make sure you state that your visiting only.

Trailer it down here and back and you will be fine... as long as the car doesnt see public roads its ok. RHD japanese or european cars are alright when used for racing purposes only.

                            I ride random bitches.

I worked on a RHD subi wagon last fall with around that many miles on it. I think it was postal use back then. Not sure if it is still around though.

As of the RHD being legal....as long as it passes US crash tests and emissions of that year, it doesn't matter which side you drive on.

Does a car have to be legal to drive in the US even if it is registered in another country and they aren't a resident? Oh, I almost forgot, Nissan rocks! Hope to see you and the skyline down here for the autox.
