<u>quick tip:</u> if the factory paint is showing through the new paint, sand down the newer paint until you get to the original color. you want to o this because the person who repainted it obviously didn't take the time to properly scuff the old paint so there is adhesion problems. n e other questions just ask.
i asked at a couple places for my jeep and it would have been $4500-6500 for color change. didnt care about repaint same hate the color but couldn't pass up the deal i got on the jeep.
its all in the prep work. Its peeling off because the paint isn't sticking for probably numerous reasons. Its not the paint, or how the gun sprayed it on.......PREP WORK!
dude, just go get a quote from five star if ur serious. Scott got his whole color changed with expensive fuckin paint and some body work for 290o which is not bad IMO, it looks really good
when going with the same color as factory it's easy when i was 16 i had a car i fixed after smashing it and did all the prep work then my dad sprayed it turned out great... the bad thing about changing color is to do it right you have to get inside the engine bay do the fire wall inside the door jams inside the trunk/hatch area and that shit starts to suck and adds up in the old pocket book really quickly
ya i wasnt thinkin about paintin stock again cause if i repaint then ill do prep work and have someone paint it nice color
