you hafta take this one to court man. from what you say, i realllly doubt he could see you speeding and if he could, he has no idea how fast you were goin exactly. and i'm not sure but i thought they had to show you the radar too.

Take it up the ass, doesn't matter if he clocked your or not, all he has to do is believe that you were going the estimated speed and confirm it with other traffic around you. Radar means shit in ND. If you get a speeding ticket in Fargo, ND you can pretty much expect not to get ouf ot it period.

BUT there is no extra cost involved w/ fighting a ticket, therefore I say fight it.

Yeah you can try fight it but good luck even having a chance @ winning. An office doesn't have to clock you to issue you a ticket. There's a little something called speed care required where they can pace you or w/ traffic and issue you a ticket that way. Either or you'll more than likely end up w/ a ticket or some kind or another and a waste of 2-3 hours sitting in court.

perhaps contact someone in the office of the municipal court, or police department, and ask about this situation. it's part of driving a mildly flashy car and being a kid

I'd take it to court...i am pretty good friends with a cop here...he used to be in Fargo...and he would say take it to court...they HAVE to show you the Radar...if you are in Busy traffic and in a long line of cars all goin the same speed...They cant give you SHIT!...Take it to court!

i was keeping up with traffic if that helps any. I think it has to do with me being a kid, flashy car, loud exhaust, and loud music.

What exactly do they take pics of? How much does it cost?

If you plan on getting an attorney to fight that plan on spending around $1000 to beat it.

cheaper just to take the hit, even after calculating insurance most of the time.

IF you take a speeding Ticket to court..no matter what you have to pay..for an attorney and everything...they have to pay for everytihng...you spend 1000 on a attourney to win...they have to pay..not you...otherwise nothing would ever get taken to court.

Also if you dont win you'll have court/administration fee's which are usually about $250 to pay for.

I don't know if this will help ,but when I got my minor if I would have taken it to court. It would have cost $200 in court fee's.

If your lucky the cop will not show up and you will win.

Haha, i've had it happen where the cop didn't show up, so they called him and we sat there till he showed up, so that theory doesn't exactly work.

Thats quite the drastic change in the scenario and a once in a life time chanceof that happening again.
