a/c

a mechanic at a shop (will remain unknown) informed me that a check engine light (INSERT SHORT Story- stock ecu the a/c quit working and it did pull an o2 sensor code(s) but now that aem is in there are no cel's? aem certainly retains heat and a/c functionality) is more then likely the cause of my a/c not working.. is he serious or do i just come off as an idiot?:icon_scratch: the gauge reads full, the fan works, but the compressor does not turn on.
i should mention that i had spent 400+ dollars there last fall replacing o-rings, charge lines, draining oil, recharging, and retrofitting for the new style refrigerant.... the swass has become unbearable!
