No I'm not bitching that I'm sick or that I have work to make up. I'm bitching because this lady had the dumb sense to tell me to just go home and give up. I thought that was the dumbest remark I've ever heard. And now I can't even go to school next semester anyway, because I'm goin to basic training. So I've pretty much ruined my first year of college, other than this semester. Yea for me!!!

IMHO, your not gonna get much sympathy here, whether you were looking for it or not... Concordia already has your money for this semester... they don't give a fuck whether you go to class or not, or if you stay there... -
I've always thought that it was funny how they "dont care if you are sick" yet they yell at you for not showing up if so.....BUT you pay a shit load of money to go. So what do they care if you show up or not? You are the one paying to go. They got your money so what does it matter to them if you attend or not?

No you guys aren't getting my point. The thing I'm pissed about is that what this lady said to me was super ignorant. I knew I was behind, I had already talked to my profs and they are fine with me making up my missed work. But she thinks that I'm way more behind than I am, and so she just goes and says "Maybe you should just go home for the semester".
