but if the guy is on a tight budget it makes it hard to fork out money for something like putting a motor in...(or several just normal labor things)...I know it first hand.

Honda tech has like, any and all info for like, every honduh thing that's ever been done and even more. I mean look at half the people on here, they look at honda tech, and instantly have a 8 second, totally legal, fwd street car Honda. Woot! Vtech FTMFW!

Cliff notes: www.honda-tech.com, and search for LS/VTECH.

Hmm I've probably done more swaps on here than most and last I checked the LS/VTEC swap isn't really like any other B series swap being the block is missing a certain oil passage to the head....

Jon didn't say this, but it has already been assembled. All he needs to do is put it in... pretty sure I can figure it out tomorrow.

^ I told him it was a better idea to call you then me, i did what i could

                  honda tech FTL.

he needs to wire the knock sensor, vtech, and one other thing cant remember, is it pretty much run wires from the ECU to where they go, that is my though( and do all the other junk needed with wiring)

No, completely wrong. He needs to get the Si harness fitted onto the motor, put it in, and then wire vtec later... I will be attempting tomorrow, we'll see how she works...
