    i have a 93 civic that i did a mini me swap on. but when ever the v-tec should kick in it loads up and theres nothing there. if you dont let up on the gas it will back fire. if any one knows whays could be wrong let me know . also used a d15 jdm v-tec sil and the dizzy that came on the car d15 non v-tec

            no you don't. The VEETACH dizzy is just so it's bolts line up properly, if you have a dizzy on there you are good. What you need is the proper ecu. 🙂

                as far as i know Z6 dizzies and Y8 dizzies are different in their pattern...IDK if the B7 one is different or not...

                Anyway, i'd try getting a Z6 dizzy first...you throwin any CEL's?...if my dizzy was still wired for obd1 i'd meet ya up somewhere and let you try it out to see...but it's been rewired for obd2.

                    the d15v tec heads are the same as d16z6 heads. and it wouldnt matter if you used the dizzy off the b7 the only thing thats different is the pattern.
