i have a 97 ford f150 with a 4.6. code came up for the ignition coil. anyone know if its the same coil on a 01 5.4 f150?? i've looked a little bit online and couldn't figure it out 100%. if anyone knows that would be very helpful. if not it's no big woop. i'm in no hurry. thanx in advance!

i have one 12" fusion in a ported box. (don't recall the exact model) 4- or 500 watt amp (not 100% sure) hits decent. don't really use it anymore. i have sub, box, and amp. no wiring. (too lazy for that.) lmk

"in my experience".... when we wipe powder off (before it's cured "obviously") we NEVER use anything wet because then you have the chance of slight water damage which will make to part look like shit. try just using a dry finger or a paper towel. works just fine. or an air hose. which ever would work for what your doing. Ive worked in a powder shop for over 3 years now so ive seen alot of different tricks. not trying to tell you our way is better just throwing ideas out there....

u can use tape but ur gunna have a lip as the second color will be 2 coats. unless you tape that shit PERFECT before u spray the first coat and tape it PERFECT before u spray your second coat. u also need to make sure that both powders are compatable with each other or it will look like shit. also your first color you spray will most likely get over cured..... you can try it worst comes to worst just strip that shit off and do it again.

can't do 2 diff. colors on something like that sorry man. a could do flat black. I will pm u a price. medium gloss last WAY longer and is easier. but its what YOU wat and I can make that happen

that's sweet man. I work at midwest coatings in west fargo so I have access when I need. good to hear someone did this cuz it's a hella lot cheaper to do it your self. Well... small shit anyway.

my old man just built one out of a pop up camper frame. it's pretty much done and pretty much going to be bad ass! Also he has ALOT less into his (with powdercoating frame) than an ice castle would run. very inexpensive way to go and you can basically do anything you want. I would for sure go with a pop up camper if you can find one cheap. We had one so that was a plus. good luck.

At our shop we use a silvadillo (sp?) can't remember the brand. spraylat maybe? the other is chromilliom (sp?) don't remember the brand on that either. I could check for you on monday. And we have the same problem. Neither one actually "look" chrome. the chromilliom is best for a base coat for like transparent and candy colors.
