Infiniti Kappa 6x9s.
Used these in the rear deck of my old car. as you can see they got hot but it didn't really seem to affect them.
Trade because it's fun. Car parts, computer parts ( I could use a video card, mine is ancient), anything else of interest really.
can't be bothered to wash the fucking thing but $17.5k and it's yours. well taken care of, obviously. I enjoy the picture with extra mud. big selling point, that. I actually remember seeing this car around town and thinking it had to be an SXT, as no one would derp up an SRT-4 like that. I guess I was wrong. there's an SUV somewhere missing it's RIMMMMMMMZZZZ.
Just thought you all should know, some jackass actually tried to steal my car.
I had it parked outside of my girlfriend's apartment building, and at some point during the night it was broken into.
They didn't take my mp3 player, or my ostrich, or ecu, all of which are in plain sight. They took the face off of my CD player and set it on the seat.
What they did do was tear the housings off of my steering column, and rip the ignition wires out, apparently in an attempt to hot wire the car.
They blew the ignition fuse. I hope they shocked the shit out of themselves.
A new ignition switch later and the car is running again.
Fuckers.
Wow, the ridiculous wheels, hood, and other bits somehow managed to make the Tahoe look even more bulbous and unwieldy. Do not want. That's not TM's fault tho lol. Good work on the install.
Does anyone ever go out and rice around on weekends anymore? I haven't had a car worth bringing for a while.
I bought these Gabriel OEM spec struts for my civic (not the same model, obviously). They seem to be holding up pretty well, even with it being lowered on sleeves. They are pretty cheap so I thought I'd mention them. Not my auction but the same people I got my struts from.
I have an intake. $25 on ebay, you definitely get what you pay for. The red and blue made me hurl at first but it's kind of growing on me. I may paint the pipe black, and I need to add length so that wire can go underneath, but overall it's ok.
I replied to a thread in the wanted ads but I figured I would post up here too. Never even thought about it, but if anyone needs a chip burned, I have a programmer that will write most anything. That being said, I'll write a bin file to any chip that I can write, and verify it was written correctly. Whether it will actually work or not in your application, I have no idea. It's been used on hondas and dsms so far. PM me and let me know what you need and I'll see what I can do.
