Do you guys have any sense of how much 12hp is? Especially when we are talking about a little fan! If that fan was replaced with a similar electric fan, that fan would be drawing 750 AMPS! SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY! AMPS! Either that fan was completely seized or he was lying. This is common sense people.

So a 2006 head will not work?

12hp is equivalent to 9000 watts.

You won't notice ANY gains unless the new fan moves air more efficiently. The power to drive them has to come from somewhere.

The turbo has some play and could be rebuilt. I picked this up but never got a chance to use it. The guy I bought it from told me about the shaft play but he said it built boost and didn't smoke the way it sits. Flanged for a 44mm wastegate (not included). I also have a Tial 38mm w/g for sale separately.

I can obviously see that you are looking for just a bare LS block, but if you change your mind about picking up a complete engine, I have a complete B18B1 engine for sale. $500

Good to see that I'm not the only one foaming over this car. This would be a sweet little Xover to own; too bad it will never come into production...
