Your car is running bad, and your trying things at full throttle? Especially if you think it's not getting enough fuel? Your engine won't last long at that rate.
As for "turning the turbo up"....as above the car won't build boost if there isn't a load on the engine, if your not building boost while driving then you probably have vacuum leak.

Get rid of the a/c, then you'll have plenty of room. Otherwise oval the pipe like said above.
Huh, must have been something wrong with the ball joints or something, don't to much of a torque steer issue. She definitely has a little spunk, just enough for a DD.

Umm, is the realtor the one fixing the house?? You didn't even get a verbal promise from the builder, the realtor just wanted to get paid, which he doesn't get if the house doesn't sell. You got screwed and you really have no recourse other than to hope the builder will want to save their rep. Good luck, hope it gets straightened out.
Why would you close if the house was that f'd up?? Seems like you should have told the builder that you were going to walk if it wasn't fixed or held off on closing....

Did you pay with a credit card? Contact your card company and tell them your issue and they will probably issue a charge back. That will get the company's attention, and if it doesn't at least you'll have your money back.
