You'll most likely have to pay rent on the place until they get it rerented or pay a rerental fee. You signed the lease and it's a legally binding contract. If there are circumstances like that where you have to leave, it's basically up to the property manager to do whatever they want. They could be nice and let you break the lease right away and not pay anything, but most likely you'll end up paying a good amount of money to get out of it. I don't think it will screw up your credit, but it WILL DEFINITELY screw up your rental history, which most if not all places look into before they rent to you.

SC's are pretty common. I think your geographical location has something to do with it. There are a bunch of NA-T guys and there are as much 1JZ guys if not more. And there are a handful of 2JZGTE guys, some with 6speeds. As for the 3SGTE Supra's, I'm not sure what class they raced in but I definately know they existed as there was one of the teams for sale in the past 2 years with that motor in it.
