I owned a talon esi. I really didn't have many problems with it, my alternator belt fell off once, and I had to replace a radiator hose. Other then that, everything worked perfectly. Given, I only had like intake, exhaust, and a bunch of ricer parts, but I really liked that car. It's not fast, and it doesnt carry the "prestige" if you will of a turbo dsm, but yeah... idk it wasn't bad for a first car I guess.

yeah, with an eclipse you should get it back, I got mine stolen this summer and I'm still working it out, eclipse is giving me all the red tape they can, but I bought it at site on sound and the guys there are promising me they will get me a new one. so you should be ok man! sorry to hear about that, always pisses a guy off!

I have seen some pretty half-assed alarm installs on cars I've worked on, and I just have to laugh, things like the brain being right under the dash, or things like that. Whenever I install them, I make sure to hide the brain, add shock sensors, and make sure to clean up all the wiring so its not obvious. I never put in motion sensors, since they seem to false alarm more than they're worth.
