Jeff Skuza said. Skuza declined to say how fast Lahr is believed to have been going. The posted speed limit is 35 mph. Court records indicate that Lahr has four speeding violations since 2005, including an April violation for going 48 mph in a 30 mph zone in Clay County. “We have reliable info that she was at a complete stop and that she used a reasonable speed to pull out into traffic,” Skuza said of Kenney. Kenney, who has a driver’s license, and her passenger were not injured, he said. from the forum.... http://www.in-forum.com/archive/index.cfm?page=archive_article&id=459244 And honestly, thats probably where it's going to be left at. Is there more to the story? Very well could. Did Kenney do anything that MAY have HELPED cause the accident? Possibly. We will never know. She and her friend are the only people who are going to be able to tell us that, and I honestly doubt she or her friend would admit something like that when there was a death in the accident. She has to live with the fact that the accident she was in, a death occured. Thats a big enough punishment in itself. I don't think they should cite her for it if this is the info they have. She will have thoughts, nightmares, and everything else about this 1 moment in her life. Best wishes to Lahr's family and best wishes to Kenney, her family, and the friend.

I was thinking it was a good idea for another reason, and I'm sure the OP is thinking the same thing. There are a couple FS members from canada, but I don't know how active they are.

like Chuck said since insurance is paying the bill your better off having someone do the repair...if there is any problems down the road then the installer/insurance company will take care of it with the warranty just like buying a part over the counter...you have a 12/12 parts warranty but no labor coverage...if its installed in the dealer then you have both parts and labor coverage

GENEVA — Scientists successfully fired the first beam of protons around a vast underground tunnel below the Swiss-French border on Wednesday, in a test run of a multibillion-dollar experiment to shed light on the origins of the universe. The Large Hadron Collider (LHC) is based more than 300 feet below ground, with a circumference of about 16 miles, and is operated from the control room of the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN). During the test, a beam of protons completed a clockwise lap of the accelerator ring, in an extreme vacuum cooled by liquid helium. Lyn Evans, LHC project leader, called the test run a "fantastic moment" hailing a new era in scientists' understanding of the universe. Later, subatomic particles will be sent round the accelerator ring in opposite directions at almost the speed of light, guided by a powerful magnetic field produced by superconductor magnets, and will collide in front of huge particle detectors
